Role Overview

Fever is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to help shape the future of entertainment. The role involves enhancing company performance, defining new growth strategies, and implementing end-to-end solutions. The team is responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all markets and ensuring partners perform as expected.

Enhance company performance, own responsibility for growth team decisions, define new growth strategies, implement end-to-end solutions, and work with people and projects across different markets and teams.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in analytics and business, a strong background in engineering or maths, and excellent interpersonal skills. They should be data-driven, proactive, and have experience with the Chinese consumer.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics & business role
• Proven experience in building trust to effectively lead teams or key projects
• Engineering bachelor’s (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background
• Native/bilingual level of English; professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred (spoken and written)
• Prior experience with the Chinese consumer — e.g. marketing, growth, or partnerships exposure to China’s digital ecosystem (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
