Growth Strategy Manager – Mandarin speaker

Role Overview

Fever is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to help shape the future of entertainment. The team is responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected.

Enhance company performance, define new growth strategies, and implement end-to-end solutions. Work with people and projects across different markets and teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an analytics & business role
• Proven experience in building trust to effectively lead teams or key projects
• Engineering bachelor’s (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background
• Native/bilingual level of English; professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred (spoken and written)
• Prior experience with the Chinese consumer — e.g. marketing, growth, or partnerships exposure to China’s digital ecosystem (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
