Growth Strategy Senior Analyst (Madrid based)

Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth team is one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever, playing a central role in driving visibility, engagement, and business impact across the company. The Growth Senior Analyst will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries.

What You Will Do

The Growth Senior Analyst will contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development. The role involves working independently and managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring.

Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
• At least 3 – 5 years experience in a business analytics role
• High level of English is required. Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
