Role Overview

The role involves leading high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. The Growth Senior Analyst will contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development.

What You Will Do

The Growth Senior Analyst will design end-to-end solutions, manage new business streams, and collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance. They will also define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in Engineering or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a business analytics role. They will be a data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a business analytics role
• High level of English required, Spanish is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of coding languages (SQL, R, Python…) is preferred
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
