What You Will Do
Tasks include digital products’ operational setup, backend & tools management, process definition, quality & operational monitoring, cross-team coordination, and team alignment & reporting.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, business operations or similar roles
- High level of English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce
