Product Operations Specialist (Backoffice)

Role Overview

The Operations team ensures that everything runs smoothly across Fever’s products and countries. The team supervises processes, identifies priorities, and streamlines ways of working to support growth and deliver a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The tasks will consist of the following: Fever ́s Back Offices Management, Operational Monitoring, Cross-Team Coordination, API Integrations Maintenance, and Team Alignment & Reporting.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks
• High level of English and Spanish (required)
• 1+ years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Product Operations, Product Support, Tech Operations, or Scaling Operations in B2C/Marketplace platforms)
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.)
