Role Overview

As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will serve as the commercial and strategic engine behind a high-impact portfolio of exclusive, global entertainment experiences. You will hold full P&L and budget ownership, blending advanced data analytics with multi-channel digital expertise to drive massive demand and regional market penetration.

You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for your experiences, driving demand, visibility, and long-term growth across a broad portfolio of high-impact experiences. You will lead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent performance and strong ROI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing
• Deep expertise in Meta and strong performance across Google, TikTok, and other paid digital channels
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact
• Highly analytical mindset, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decision-making
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams effectively
• Native/bilingual level of English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech is preferred
