The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, uncovering business insights, and enabling informed decision-making across HR platforms.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in capturing business requirements and translating them into effective data solutions
• Ability to define use cases and distill complex concepts
• Experience with Jira or Jira Align
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, Postgres SQL, Copilot, Power BI, Alation, Collibra, Power Designer, Python, and Modeling
• Strong data analysis and profiling skills
• Experience working with integrated enterprise data in cross-functional teams
• Ability to apply best practices in data management and data governance
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
