Assistant Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking an entrepreneurial and motivated Assistant Agency Account Manager to support agency operations in the Kansas City area. This role supports the Agency Account Manager and department staff in the efficient day-to-day operation of the Central States Agency Department.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities may include processing agency applications, establishing and maintaining agent files, reviewing monthly policy reports and payments, supporting department communications and events, and resolving routine issues within established guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related role
• Exceptional customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Dependable, flexible, and able to perform effectively under deadlines and pressure
• Sound judgment and the ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
• Proactive, accountable, and willing to ask questions when clarification is needed
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of projects and works independently within established guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and leverage new systems
• Ability to perform basic bookkeeping and mathematical calculations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
