Senior Treasury and FinOps Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a self-motivated and curious Senior Analyst to support our Treasury and Financial Operations across a complex, multi-entity environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing the operational mechanics behind our liquidity, loan sale, and reporting processes.

What You Will Do

Prepare cash and inventory reporting, monitor and reconcile daily bank balances, perform daily cash positioning, execute cash movements, manage funding operations, support vendor payment processing, collaborate with Accounting department, own and communicate reports, reconcile loan and collateral data, continuously improve existing workflows, and contribute to capital raising initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations
• Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
• Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred
• Experience with cash forecasting highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to pick up new platforms such as Tableau and SQL
• Transparent communication and strong relationship-building skills to effectively work with cross-functional partners
• Proven organization skills and the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the analytical skills needed to work with limited direction
• Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment where you are often building processes from scratch
• Curiosity and drive to learn about blockchain and help out where needed
• Positive attitude, great team player, and interest in mentoring others
• Mortgage or real estate lending experience is a big plus
• Experience with warehouse lines, securitizations, or investor reporting
