Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist will own the onboarding and training of new Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at Filevine, a Legal AI company. They will design and implement training programs, manage the mentor program, and use performance data to improve the training process.

What You Will Do

The role involves running onboarding programs, building training curriculum, managing the mentor program, and using performance data to improve the training process. The Specialist will also coach new BDRs, design coaching programs, and partner with other teams to develop new training strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, BDR/BDR training, or sales leadership, preferably in SaaS. They should have strong instructional design skills, experience with adult learning principles, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement, BDR/BDR training, or sales leadership (preferably in SaaS)
  • Experience developing and facilitating training programs for inbound and outbound sales
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience with adult learning principles
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, GTM Buddy)
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
