Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager (Growth) will own the self-serve existing business, driving expansion, strengthening retention, and accelerating adoption of Fin and our newest products across thousands of paying customers. The role will be accountable for the net growth of the self-serve book and will work end-to-end from customer conversion to renewal, expansion, or departure.

The Senior Product Manager (Growth) will own the self-serve existing business, growing Fin adoption, defending and expanding the customer base, connecting self-serve and sales, fixing key journeys, and landing new products and features.
