Role Overview
The Retention Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering retention and customer value programmes across the FT’s B2C audiences. The role involves turning the wider Subscription Management & Retention strategy into clear programme plans and priorities, using customer and commercial insight to identify opportunities to reduce cancellations, increase resubscription, and grow average revenue per user (ARPU).
What You Will Do
The Retention Marketing Manager will set the direction and roadmap for Cancel-Save and Winback programmes, handle and optimise the renewal programme, develop the annual upsell and cross-sell plan, and deliver campaigns and initiatives to support sustained ARPU growth.
