What You Will Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor operational and strategic measures, including market analyses to optimize the business strategy. You will also take over FI responsibility in cross-functional committees and prepare and accompany management meetings.

Requirements
- Completed studies (BWL, VWL, Computer Science, Economics) or a comparable qualification
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- At least two to three years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the upper management environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the OSPlus performance spectrum
- Extensive technical, organizational, and commercial expertise
- Analytical skills, high project leadership, and organizational competence
- Assertiveness in conflict situations
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Communication strength on all hierarchical levels
- Team ability and travel readiness
- Engagement and goal orientation
