AI Automation Coach

Role Overview

FIND is recruiting multiple AI Automation Coaches to help professionals apply AI and Automation in their day-to-day roles. The role is fully remote and involves supporting learners on an AI & Automation apprenticeship programme.

What You Will Do

You’ll help learners build workflows, automate processes, and apply AI to real workplace challenges. You’ll also support learners in using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and similar automation tools.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform or similar automation tools
• Experience creating or working with automated workflows and business process automation
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Agents or Agentic AI
• A good understanding of how AI & Automation can be applied to improve everyday business processes and productivity
• Experience using technology to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks or improve ways of working
• Confidence communicating with people from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Curiosity about AI & Automation and a genuine interest in keeping up with how the technology is developing
