Associate Director, Media Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an operations expert to serve as the backbone of our Media Strategy department. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, defining, and architecting workflows that make our department function with efficiency and excellence.

What You Will Do

You will partner with the SVP of Media Strategy to operationalize our capabilities, linking systems together to create optimized, automated workflows. You will own the SOPs for the entire media lifecycle, from planning and activation tagging to data ingestion and QA.

Requirements

• 6+ years in operations or project management within a media agency setting
• Experience with using AI tools to help create and streamline workflows
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Workamajig, AirTable, Mediaocean, Sharepoint (or similar) to link disparate data sources, create dynamic templates, and manage complex trackers.
• Understanding of media planning/buying financials, budget management, and operational reporting
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
