Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our client’s finance team in Brampton. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.

You will play an important role in supporting business decisions through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements
- Several years of progressive experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis or a similar senior finance role
- Ideally coming from the Logistics, Transportation, Freight or Supply Chain industry
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis
- Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance
- Experience preparing management reports and presenting financial results
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders and senior management
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
