Revenue Operations Representative

Role Overview

This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to encourage the collection of delinquent accounts, adhering to safety rules, and communicating effectively with customers. The selected candidate may be offered a position within the same job family at a lower level.

What You Will Do

Perform duties such as communicating with customers, initiating customer referrals, maintaining customer transactions, and documenting adverse safety conditions. Work multiple districts and scheduled hours to maximize the opportunity to increase regional revenue collected.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to work safely, follow safety rules, and communicate effectively with customers. Extensive knowledge of the Operating Company’s service areas and basic electricity is considered a plus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work safely and follow applicable safety rules
• Manual dexterity to operate handheld devices
• Ability to lift and carry more than 25 pounds
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance
