Marketing Operations Analyst Lead (UK Shift)

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Analyst Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and executing FIS’ marketing campaigns, ensuring best practices are established and followed.

Collaborate with marketing teams, utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, monitor campaign performance, and troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with campaign operations activities within Salesforce marketing cloud
• Working knowledge of building cloud pages, creating flows in Marketing cloud advanced
• In-depth working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Advanced, Workfront and Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce CRM (optional)
• Managing multiple projects for different stakeholders
• Experience in analysis of sales and marketing data
• Well-versed with creating emails, landing pages using HTML/CSS, forms, use of data extensions, automations, SQL queries and ampscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Salesforce Marketing cloud Advanced
