Product Operations & GTM Manager

Role Overview

The Product Operations & GTM Manager is the operational backbone of the CashFlow Central (CFC) product organization, enabling the team to plan, launch, and scale CFC’s accounts payable and accounts receivable capabilities for financial institution clients and their small-business customers.

What You Will Do

Own the CFC product operating model, triage and route product demand, track decisions, risks, and ownership, and turn operational data into executive-ready insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in product operations, product management, program management, or GTM operations, preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated success partnering with sales, marketing, and growth partner teams to execute GTM strategies and launches
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives to on-time completion
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Audit teams in a regulated industry
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and Agile tools such as Jira and Aha!
• Excellent organization, analytical, and executive communication skills; able to drive alignment without direct authority
