Role Overview

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring all crew members provide excellent customer service, leading the store to achieve customer service score goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They also partner with the store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and creative thinking.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include training crew members on customer service, leading front-end operations, and performing store maintenance. The Customer Experience Manager will also be responsible for opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, and reacting to corporate communications.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
