Role Overview
The Interim Sales Lead ensures all crew members are providing excellent customer service, trains the crew on customer service, and oversees the daily activities of all store associates. They also assist with receiving and organizing new stock, act as Manager on Duty, and support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
What You Will Do
The Interim Sales Lead will drive store sales, control expenses, and perform store maintenance. They will also partner with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.

Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
