Role Overview
The Part-time Sales Lead is responsible for ensuring all crew members are providing excellent customer service, overseeing daily activities, and managing the store’s operations. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, maintain composure under pressure, and drive store sales and control expenses.
What You Will Do
The Part-time Sales Lead will train crew members on customer service, oversee daily activities, receive and organize new stock, act as Manager on Duty, and support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates.

Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
