Role Overview

The Part Time Sales Lead ensures customer satisfaction, oversees store associates, and drives sales. The role involves managing daily store operations, customer service, and staff performance. The Sales Lead must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, training staff, receiving and organizing new stock, managing store operations, and driving sales. The Sales Lead must also support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
