Part-time Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Part-time Sales Lead ensures all crew members are providing excellent customer service, trains crew on customer service, and oversees daily activities of store associates. They also assist with receiving and organizing new stock, manage store operations, and support onboarding and training of associates.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring customer satisfaction, training crew members, overseeing store operations, and managing stock. The Sales Lead will also drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
