Sales Lead

Role Overview

As a Sales Lead at Five Below, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing daily activities, and driving store sales. You will work closely with the store leadership team to optimize merchandising, staff performance, and customer service. This is a full-time position that requires a high school graduate or equivalent, with college experience preferred. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring all crew members are providing excellent customer service, training the crew on customer service, and assisting with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock. You will also act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service. Additionally, you will support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates and drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
