Role Overview
Join Five9 in bringing joy to customer experience as a Senior Director of Partner Marketing. This role leads the global partner marketing team and serves as the marketing counterpart to the Partner organization. The team owns the full arc of partner marketing, from marketing to partners to recruit and enable them to creating demand in their installed base and territories.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include owning the marketing strategy for Partner Fusion, driving demand creation through SIs and resellers, building the marketing enablement partners need to sell Five9, and partnering on recruitment and activation marketing. The role also involves bringing joint solutions to market with ISVs, leading co-marketing with large strategic partners, and integrating partner marketing into the broader demand engine.

Requirements
- 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Significant time leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing

- Experience governing MDF and co-investment
- Working familiarity with demand generation and ABM
