Role Overview

Join Five9, a leading provider of cloud contact center software, and contribute to bringing joy to customer experience. The role involves building and running the pipeline engine for Five9, owning global campaign strategy, account-based marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, and the sales development organization.

What You Will Do

The VP of Demand Generation will own the global campaign strategy, set and deliver pipeline targets, build and run the ABM motion, lead inbound and outbound sales development, and own the demand budget end to end.

Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience
• at least 8 years leading demand generation in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• experience running demand across both Americas and international markets
• experience leading a sales development organization or running demand in close partnership with one
• proven experience designing and scaling ABM programs for enterprise accounts in close partnership with Sales
• partner or channel marketing experience is highly recommended
• experience owning an events portfolio at scale, including at least one large owned customer or user conference
• customer marketing or installed-base demand experience is highly recommended
• expert command of funnel metrics, attribution, campaign ROI, and budget allocation
• strong hands-on familiarity with the modern demand stack: CRM, marketing automation, ABM and intent platforms, sales engagement tooling, and BI reporting
• hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and a clear point of view on how they apply to demand generation
