Role Overview
The GTM Strategy & Planning Manager will support the go-to-market planning process across Commercial, Enterprise, and supporting overlay sales teams. This role will help set quotas, design territories, and plan headcount that determine how the sales org is organized and measured.
What You Will Do
The GTM Strategy & Planning Manager will support annual and quarterly sales quota-setting, help apply and maintain the framework and methodology for designing territories, and contribute to headcount planning in partnership with Sales leadership, Field Operations, and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in sales strategy, sales planning, revenue operations, or a comparable analytical GTM role, with strong organizational and program management skills, solid quantitative modeling skills, and working SQL and Salesforce proficiency.
