Revenue Operations Manager

Role Overview

As RevOps Manager, you will build our proprietary deal flow in the DACH software and tech midmarket by identifying and reaching attractive companies and their shareholders early on. You will connect deal origination and revenue operations, develop market maps and outbound campaigns, qualify potential investments, and create data, tool, and reporting infrastructure for a scalable sourcing process.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include continuously filling our proprietary origination funnel for software and technology companies in the DACH midmarket, creating systematic market maps and target long lists, researching relevant sub-segments, and enriching companies with firmographics, financial key figures, and information on shareholder and succession situations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will work closely with our FLEX partners and the investment team, receive a lot of ownership for building a central function at FLEX from day one, and have a steep learning curve around software business models, SaaS key figures, sourcing technologies, and collaboration with entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an outbound-driven role
• Measurable results in a B2B SaaS field, sales, or revenue operations
• Experience with CRM and outbound stack
• Knowledge of numbers and ability to classify sales, growth, and profitability key figures
• Understanding of software and tech business models and SaaS key figures
• Experience with solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, Affinity, DealCloud, Apollo, Clay, Make, Zapier, or n8n
