Role Overview

Join the growing marketing team of FLEXTRADES, a rapidly growing national provider of workforce solutions, as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital presence across website management, search marketing, social media, and blog content initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage and optimize company website content, landing pages, user experience, and conversion paths; develop and execute organic and paid search strategies; plan, create, schedule, and manage content across company social media platforms; coordinate and develop blog articles, website content, and other digital assets; support integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social marketing, or related content marketing roles
• 4+ years owning digital channels and the strategy behind them
• 4+ years owning social media strategy, pages, and associated metric
• 4+ years owning website strategy and hands-on experience managing websites and CMS platforms
• Hands-on experience managing websites and CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms
• Experience managing business social media accounts and developing engaging content strategies
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and design skills for blogs, web copy, and social media content
• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a cross-functional mindset
