Business Development Manager

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Flix, you can make an impact by identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities across the Adriatic region. You will build and manage relationships with key external partners, lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, and analyze market trends to identify gaps and prioritize growth initiatives.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with key external partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of new partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a related commercial role
• Proven track record of managing complex negotiations and closing commercial agreements with external partners
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build compelling business cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Fluent in Croatian and English; additional regional language skills are a plus
• Proactive and entrepreneurial in approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
