Role Overview
Join a People Analytics environment with a strong foundation, shaping what comes next, and taking ownership of the data layer. Work on questions that matter to senior decision-makers, and help move from traditional reporting to a more automated and AI-enabled way of working with People data.
What You Will Do
Build and own scalable data models and transformations, design data models and architecture, build analytics products and dashboards, turn ambiguous questions into robust analyses, and use AI tools to accelerate data modeling and development.

Requirements
- 8 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a comparable data role
- expert-level SQL
- deep hands-on experience with dbt
- strong knowledge of data modeling and ELT principles
- hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse
- strong Python skills
- experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD principles
- strong analytical judgment
- ability to communicate complex data and findings clearly
