Team Lead Business Development

Role Overview

As a Team Lead Business Development, you will manage operational and regulatory processes, contribute to market launches and expansion initiatives, and drive partner acquisition across the Black Sea region.

What You Will Do

You will oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensure alignment with internal processes and timelines, track performance, remove blockers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will identify and initiate contact with new bus partners, support the development of long-term strategic relationships, and lead the day-to-day management of BD managers/specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Transport & Logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or operations, ideally within transportation, logistics or mobility
• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Fluency in Romanian and professional English is a must
• Solid understanding of road transport regulations and licensing procedures
• Experience in preparing operational transport documentation
• CPC certification (per EC Regulation 1071/2009) is a strong advantage
