Team Lead – HR/People Operations

Role Overview

Lead People Operations delivery in Germany and grow into a broader European leadership role. Contribute to European-level initiatives and build familiarity with the operational landscape across markets. The role involves leading a team, taking full accountability for HR service quality, and developing processes.

What You Will Do

Lead a team, take ownership of performance, quality standards, and workload distribution. Develop processes, contribute to European-level initiatives, and explore AI-driven approaches for People Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in HR Operations or People Services
• at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
• German HR Expert: Deep, hands-on knowledge of German employment law, HR administration processes, and the employee lifecycle
• People Leader: Coaching mindset, ability to set clear expectations, and proven track record of developing team members
• European Ambition: Experience with multi-country HR or European operations is a strong plus
• Process Thinker & AI Mindset: Genuinely curious about what AI and automation can do for People Operations and willing to shape that
• Languages: fluent English (must-have); fluent German (strong plus)
