Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, people-first Team Lead to lead our People Operations delivery in Germany and grow into a broader European leadership role over time. The role is based in Berlin or Munich and involves leading the Service & Support Germany team, taking full accountability for HR service quality, and contributing to European-level initiatives.

As a Team Lead, you will lead, coach, and develop the Service & Support Germany team, take full accountability for HR service quality, and contribute to European-level initiatives and cross-country projects.

- 7+ years in HR Operations or People Services
- 2 years in a lead or senior role
