Senior User Acquisition Manager (Web)

Role Overview

The Senior User Acquisition Manager (Web) will plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat. The role requires owning the strategy and KPIs, monitoring and optimizing account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation, and driving incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include leading creative testing frameworks, using AI tools and automation to streamline reporting and creative testing analysis, collaborating with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams, and generating insights from performance data.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments, and a proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and LTV.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition
• Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (incl. DemGen/YT) at scale
• Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
• Solid understanding of web attribution principles and experience with tracking/analytics platforms
• Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing workflows
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
