Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who thrives in collaborative environments and wants to build technology that makes a real difference in public health. You’ll work within our SAFe Agile framework alongside architects, consultants, and fellow developers to deliver Salesforce solutions for health departments nationwide.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. Collaborate with architects on solution design and implementation approaches. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 1-3 years of work experience in governmental public health (local, state, federal, tribal, or non-profit)
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools
- Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security model
- Familiarity with integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and test-driven development
