As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key customers and end users, driving booking levels to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, and promoting Flowserve’s solutions.
Requirements
- Skilled in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and business writing.
- Ability to travel as needed and support customer site visits.
- Comfortable with physical activity required for industrial site inspections.
- Sales experience in control valves, rotating equipment (e.g., pumps), and other valve types.
- Industry exposure in oil & gas, power generation, mining, or chemical sectors, with emphasis on Aftermarket services.
- Formal training in sales methodologies, negotiation, and financial analysis.
- Experience in leading customer meetings, including agenda planning, facilitation, and follow-ups.
- Ability to lead root cause failure analysis and effectively communicate technical findings.
