Role Overview
We are seeking two highly motivated Senior Business Analysts to join the Finance Operations team, supporting a portfolio of strategic Finance transformation initiatives. These roles will play a key part in delivering process improvements, system implementations, and operating model changes that enhance efficiency, controls, reporting, and decision-making across the business.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include business process analysis, requirements gathering, transformation and system implementation support, testing and quality assurance, and business as usual support and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 7+ years experience working as a Business Analyst on transformation, ERP, or business intelligence initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex business requirements into practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or transformation programmes
