Role Overview
The People Operations Manager will own everything after a candidate signs, from contracts through offboarding, and automate as much of it as possible. This role will build the structural backbone to enable rapid scaling.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing employment contracts, introducing and owning an HRIS tool, automating workflows, organizing payroll, supporting international hiring, and managing compensation bands.
