Director of Product Marketing Photonics Solutions for R&D to production test

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between optical engineering and commercial execution, supporting our “lab to fab” product strategy. You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product roadmap, and ecosystem partnerships for high-volume automated wafer-level and die-level electrical and optical test platforms.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include accountable for revenue, product creation and delivery, customer satisfaction, product champion, define and own the roadmap that drives revenue growth and market share with differentiated products and services, lead product team, capturing customer requirements, driving comprehensive Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to influence Engineering and Product Management long-term roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or a related hardware discipline
• Minimum 8–10+ years of product marketing, product management, or business development experience within the semiconductor capital equipment industry
• History of building capital equipment and leading product teams in semiconductor market
• Familiarity with the challenges of optical-to-electrical (O-E) probing, passive/active optical alignment, O-E testing and data management
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic interactions with global tier-1 hyper-scalers, optical hardware manufacturers, and foundries
• Communication: Exceptional capability to articulate dense, nuanced optical engineering limitations and capabilities to both technical engineering teams and C-level executives
