Director of FP&A and Investor Relations

Role Overview

Foodics is looking for a commercially minded, analytical and technology-forward finance leader to own the company’s FP&A and Investor Relations. This is not a traditional budgeting and reporting role.

What You Will Do

Own annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts and reforecast cycles, lead monthly performance reviews, translate results into concise executive insights, build driver-based financial models, and act as senior finance partner to Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations and People teams.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Director of FP&A and Investor Relations will be a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, Board and leadership team, translating performance into decisions, challenging assumptions, improving forecast quality, managing the company’s relationships with investors and stakeholders, and building a scalable, AI-enabled FP&A function.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance or strategic finance, with meaningful leadership responsibility.
  • Professional qualification is mandatory: active CMA certification or CFA charter.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of both SaaS and Fintech industries, including recurring-revenue economics, retention, churn, unit economics, payments economics, margins and the key operating drivers of technology-enabled financial services.
  • Demonstrated current and sophisticated use of Claude in day-to-day finance work; basic AI exposure is not sufficient.
  • Direct partnership with senior executives and experience presenting to Executive Committee / Board / investor audiences.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI, SQL, planning tool and finance automation experience are highly desirable.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive compensation packages, including bonuses and the potential for shares.
  • Regular training and an annual learning stipend.
  • Autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the company.
  • Opportunity to work with a talented team of over 30 nationalities working in 14 countries.
