Forcepoint is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the end-to-end sales cycle, develop customer relationships, and manage sales pipeline for enterprise and mid-market opportunities in the Southeast Asia region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software
- Vendor-side experience is a bonus, with preference for candidates from cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, etc.)
- Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope)
- Driven, resilient, and strategic thinker
- Open to candidates with system integrator (SI) background who have directly driven customer business
- Consistent career history, with proven track record of quota achievement and customer relationship development
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
- Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working directly with Government, Education or Healthcare customers is highly desirable
