Founding Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As the Founding Marketing Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of Foresight’s brand, positioning, and go-to-market narrative, acting as the connective tissue between product, sales, partnerships, and fundraising.

What You Will Do

You will shape how Foresight is understood by venture capital, private equity firms, fund administrators, strategic partners, and investors, and ensure that every external touchpoint, including sales decks, website, content, and fundraising materials, reinforcing clarity, credibility, and trust.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles
• Experience marketing to private equity, venture capital, asset management, or enterprise financial services audiences
• Strong background in sales enablement, product marketing, and narrative development
• Ability to translate complex, technical products into clear business value
• Experience working closely with founders, sales teams, and executive leadership
• Proven ability to operate independently in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and quality
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and contractors
