Role Overview
The Founding Recruiter, GTM will own the full recruiting cycle for US go-to-market roles, building pipelines across every channel, and working directly with the leadership team and hiring managers.
What You Will Do
The role involves owning the full recruiting cycle, building pipelines, running screens, and tracking funnel metrics in Ashby, as well as managing employee referrals and external recruiting partners.

- Experience working with hiring managers as a peer
- Based in New York and authorized to work in the US
