What You Will Do

Build the Finance Foundation, Partner with Business Leaders, and Drive Financial Performance by developing and improving forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial management processes, creating scalable tools, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious self-starter that can work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
• Ability to balance high-priority, long-term projects with immediate deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
• Experienced in navigating ambiguity and establishing new processes
