Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll help grow our market presence by building strong, lasting relationships with plumbing wholesalers, plumbers, builders, and other trade professionals throughout your assigned territory. You’ll identify opportunities to expand existing business while proactively developing new opportunities with single-family builders, multifamily, hospitality, and MRO customers. You’ll strengthen customer partnerships and help customers find the right plumbing solutions to support their business growth.
What You Will Do
You’ll build and strengthen relationships with plumbing wholesalers, plumbers, builders, contractors, and other trade professionals throughout your territory. Grow an established book of business by identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and strengthen customer partnerships. Develop and execute territory sales plans that support annual sales objectives and long-term business growth.

Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within the plumbing, building materials, construction products, or a related industry.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with plumbing wholesalers, distributors, plumbers, builders, contractors, or other channel partners.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility across a variety of customer groups.
- Experience presenting products, delivering customer training, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and adjust priorities to meet customer and business needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license.
