Role Overview
The Agent Operations Coordinator oversees agent terminal operations, identifying market needs, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely freight availability and daily operational KPIs.
What You Will Do
The specialist will handle issues before, during, and after service, adapt processes, and provide recommendations for existing agreements. They will engage closely with agent terminals to ensure timely freight availability and daily operational KPIs are met.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service and/or Leadership
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to build positive and effective work relationships
- Excellent verbal and written/email communication skills
- Demonstrate good Emotional IQ skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, 365, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Basic negotiating skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
