Role Overview
Founders Bay is an equity-free accelerator for startups in rural areas and for the middle class. We are currently building the business with companies and partners. We want to find suitable startups for middle-class companies and set up pilots.
What You Will Do
Conduct conversations with companies, partners, and startups, and be responsible for many of the first contacts with Founders Bay. You will work on building processes, automating recurring steps, and measuring what works.

Requirements
- Experience in the startup or innovation field
- Daily work with AI and building own workflows or small tools
- Built partnerships or maintained a network and like to bring people together
- Talk to CEOs on an equal level
- Fluent German and good English
